- Serve as a trusted liaison between the board, executive leadership, and stakeholders, keeping the lines of communication clear and effective.
- Manage crucial documents such as MOUs, contracts, bylaws, and policies, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Administrative Superpower
- Showcase your impeccable editing and proofreading skills to deliver polished correspondence and reports.
- Own the calendar! Provide expert scheduling for executives and board members, including travel arrangements.
- Be the voice of professionalism in managing incoming communications with discretion and efficiency.

- Keep our digital and physical filing systems organized and accessible.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and event logistics like a pro.
